Open House Flow – 90 Minutes
10 minutes – Welcome & Check-In
Guests arrive, check in, and receive swag and a quick overview of the event.
25 minutes – Showroom Tour & Live Demos
Guided walkthrough of the showroom, highlighting key 3D printers, scanners, and tech in action. Staff explain features and answer questions.
25 minutes – Presentation: “What You Can Learn at Digitmakers”
Group moves into the conference room for a short presentation on upcoming programs, who they’re for, what’s taught, and how they’re delivered. Includes Q&A.
20 minutes – Hands-On Exploration
Guests return to the showroom for more hands-on interaction, demos, and one-on-one conversations with staff.
10 minutes – Wrap-Up & Registration
Final gathering where guests can ask questions and register for upcoming programs.?
